Hello! friends back again with another law of attraction technique. If you have never heard of the law of attraction or visualization then your in for a good one today so read the article,keep an open mind and CLICK on LINKS on the right or the bottom.
First I want to explain how the subconscious works. The subconscious mind works just like a computer you can install programs(beliefs) or unistall programs. These programs are what governs what the computer can do right?, same way with the mind the beliefs we have thats what governs our lives. So if one has the belief that money is hard to come by or that they are not able to find a loving spouse then most often then not they will struggle with finances and in their love life. Most of our beliefs are engraved to us from inside the wound through 14 years of age. Most of our beliefs are picked up from our parents,tv,family,music, and school. Thats why you hear the saying "a product of your enviornment". an example of a subconcious mind at work is when we drive. speeding down the road eating a burger, changing the radio and a car darts in front of you Without a thought you slam the brakes. its just a reaction or automatic response right. Another example would be my mother she would sit in front of the television whatching her novelas(soaps) while knitting at incredible speed almost a blur yet never looked down. it was amazing she would not miss a stitch it was almost robotic or like an automatic program at work. The same is true with our goals and dreams once we program the subconcious mind to seek out our goals and dreams its like a automatic mechinism driving us uncontrollably towards or goal.
The Power of visualization is amazing when connected with emotion to program your subconcious mind towards your goals. Becuase your sub-concious mind cannot distinguish from reality or fiction it just records info without a filtering processes so when you visualize your goals like they are accomplished that programs the mind to that feeling and it seeks it out. STEP ONE
close your eyes and take 11 deep breaths until your abdomin expands fully and release slowly and naturally. with each breath you will relax and concentrate on a part of your body. Starting with 1. the top of the head 2. forehead 3. eye lids 4. face 5. neck 6. shoulders 7. chest 8. abdomin 9 thighs 10. calves 11. feet and toes. You must feel the relaxation come over that body part with each breath if it takes more breaths to relax thats fine just relax...you will feel warmth or a tingly sensation on that specific part. A good tip to relaxing is to try to send your awareness or feel the skin of the part in question..with every breath you should release tension and relax
STEP TWO
With your eyes closed visualize your goal it could be anything for example I visualize the platnuim diamond studed ring my company gives out to the million dollar earners. and how I'm going to feel recieving it. ok visualize your goal as if it is accomplished. concentrate on what you see and hear what smells do you sniff out and what do you feel. you want to envolve all senses in the visualization for it to be more effective...For example if your goal was to find a bag full money you would visualize what surrondings are there when you find it. what the bag feels like. what the money smells like .and are the birds chirping around you etc....you get the picture
STEP THREE
now that you got a picture of what your goals is now in this step we will establish an emotional connection to your goal or a why. first you want to make it brighter more vibrant, make the image in your head bigger and the sounds louder and the feeling more intense. to establish an emotional connection ask yourself how will achieving this goal change your life?. how would you feel? empowered,relieved,safe,free,confident etc. Who's life would be affected by you achieving your goal. If you practice this technique in the morning and before bed you will receive the optimal benefit.....
